“Had a great experience with Simply Rewards inn. The whole process was smooth, professional, and easy! They really take the time to make sure you understand everything and actually care about & helping me get the most out ofof my stay Communication was on point, to the young lady that check me this Morning and everything was handled in a timely manner. “Room was cheap but you get what you pay for. Bugs in the bathroom and on the curtains, carpet is warped and a tripping hazard, drawers stick and don't want to work. Housekeeping is lackluster, literally just changed the trash and fresh towels. Breakfast buffet and Customer service is great though!”

“Breakfast seemed not very fresh, also lack of coffee machine in a room for me was uncomfortable, the rest was good - clean, no carpets, the hotel is in a good condition in overall. ”

“Breakfast was good quality, the a/c was good but “loud” and being right next the bed, it didn’t seem to shut down off all night, despite changing the temperature. Not an issue for this visit but the pool was closed on the previous visit, a year ago and observed that it was still or closed again this visit. Staff were Awesome in accommodating our visit of several friends who came together for our friend who passed away in Beaufort. ”

“Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. We were greeted happily by the employees and given suggestions on things to do and places to eat in the area. Not much of a breakfast selection, but I was ok with it. Coffee was Great! Enjoyed our time there a lot and will definitely stay with them again on future visits. ”
