“The hotel is not kept up how the pictures look online it needs a lot of work. The hallways are hot with no AC. The breakfast buffet style continue to run out of food, and there was no adequate seating to eat at. The rooms and hallway smelled terribly. I also seen a roach in my room. The lights went off Sunday night and didn’t come on till after an hour nobody was notified of anything. The hotel is really rundown and overpriced.”

“The restaurants were great. Outdoor grill is convenient to Sun bathing on the beach. Staff were polite and courteous.”

“The rooms and property were not very clean. Our room upon check in the bathroom floors were not very clean spots everywhere and was very dusty. Daily cleaning was trash removal and bed made, did not look vacuumed. Halls leading up to the rooms also did not look vacuumed. Some of the pool staff were rude.”

“The room was clean, plenty off snacks and breakfast muffins were amazing! Staff very friendly! Hair dryer was burnt out they took note but was hoping to have been offered an alternative. Overall definitely would recommend!”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The only negative I have to say is that the walls were paper thin and I could hear the people talking, but seem to be normal voices in the room next to me but other than that I don’t have anything negative to say. I also thought their prices were reasonable by comparison.”

“The stay was okay overall, but there were several issues. There is no free parking, which was disappointing. The ice machine was broken during my stay. Although this is supposed to be a non-smoking building, there was a strong smell of marijuana near the elevator and coming from the room next door. The odor was so strong that I had to place two wet towels under my door to help keep the smell out of my room. Check-in was smooth, but the front desk staff was not very friendly or welcoming. Because……

“Seemed to be newly renovated, room was very clean. The description did list a microwave in the room but there was not one... it was a spot for one. Staff were very friendly. I would stay again while in the area.”
